Thank you for this article. As a total #AppleFanGirl, I certainly hope what you wrote here is true. I was just getting ready to buy the new 13-inch Pro, but I think I'll wait just a little longer. My mid-2015 MacBook Pro (hooked up to a 27-inch monitor) is fine, but kinda slow for these days.
