Over my professional life, I have had three separate but related careers: educator, sales leader, and entrepreneur/solopreneur. By now, I am used to successfully and completely changing my own career trajectory. When I started teaching in 1971, I thought that I would be an educator for the rest of my life, but by 1988, I decided to go into corporate and direct sales full-time.
In 2008, I put the experiences and skills from my first two careers together and started my first solo business, a writing and editing company. In less than two years, I had clients in 13 countries.
In 2012, I started my second business, an independent publishing company, because I edited manuscripts for many of my clients who then did not know how to self-publish them. I eventually
